Identification of Netizen Communication regarding the Issue of the National Capital Relocation Plan # IKN Nusantara on Twitter

The plan to move the capital city of Republic Indonesia (RI) from DKI Jakarta Province East Kalimantan sparks pros and cons. Various comments appeared on social media. This study aims to: (1) find out issues carried in #IKNNusantara hashtag network; (2) categorize into negative, positive, neutral sentiment categories; (3) structure relationships actors network. research methodology is quantitative approach, SNA (Social Network Analysis) method using NodeXL software Sentiment Analysis online application Brand24.com Twitter. results analysis show that conversation dominated by sentiment. total number tweets up February 16, 2022, was 255. network density between still low at 0.23 percent. diameter describes pattern spreads cohesiveness low. most influential based value centrality are accounts @jokowi @ir with highest in-degree values, which shows a lot talks directed this account. Accounts @d_n4bil5 @newiding30 who have out-degree active disseminating information. serve as bridges because they betweenness value. @doddyjasmar @royadam_lubis closeness values. Furthermore, @langonlegend eigenvector values links other actors. With result, government needs continue monitor issue continuously build awareness among netizens Indonesian people general about importance IKN development. use media focusing delivering messages through 7 (seven) above can significant impact.
